Florida Built Solid provides superb project management and building services. These services include planning, design, permitting and construction. We focus primarily on beachfront home upgrades, involving extensive remodeling, some with significant structural changes. These enhancements include new MEP systems(air conditioning, electrical and plumbing), new windows & doors and high – performance roofs.

We also provide environmental permitting and construction for projects seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line and the Gulf Beach Setback Line. These projects include emergency variance activities, including post hurricane structural repairs, erosion control systems, sand renourishments and new dune walkovers.
